11gR2 RAC – run ADDM report

Introduction:
From 11g, ADDM report is including RAC cluster analysis as a part of the overall ADDM database analysis process.
You can use the package DBMS_ADDM to run, analyze and get ADDM reports.
You can call the procedure analyze_db of the DBMS_ADDM package to analyze the RAC database, or you can use the procedure analyze_inst procedure to analyze a specific instance within the RAC. The procedure analyze_partial of the DBMS_ADDM package can be used to analyze a set of instances.

How to get an ADDM report of the overall database?
First, we will get the list of valid snapshots from the wrm$_snapshot view;
